Seamus Brennan has over 25 years experience in the heating and energy conservation fields. Seamus worked for a number of years in the Energy Department of Eolas, now called Sustainable Energy Ireland (S.E.I.), and has many years service in the heating industry in both technical sales and as a heating consultant to a number of heating product manufacturers and installers.
Seamus is a S.E.I. Registered Energy Assessor and a member of the BER Assessors Association of Ireland. Seamus will advise you on the factors that most influence your Building Energy Rating and assist you in achieving your target BER. Seamus will also offer advice on heating and insulation measures that can be taken to reduce the energy demand in existing houses.
